As a former HR and Recruitment Manager both in industry and in international education, I have interviewed hundreds of people. Most are not adequately prepped and prepared. Most blow their chance.

We share with you our tired and tested formal to use when preparing yourself for any interview. We ensure you understand how to adapt it for you and how your brain is organized.
It is a process you can use regardless of what job you are after. It covers the critical steps required to ensure you can answer questions in a succinct and focused way that allows you ace even the curly questions.​

How to Excel
You know your potential and how it is time to show it to the world (ok maybe just the interviewing team).

We go over the extras you can do to make you stand out in what is often a crowed talent pool. How you can link yourself and your skill set to the specific school you are interviewing with.

We also share how to manage timelines and the tricks and tips you need to excel both when interviewing online and in person.
How do we cover it?
The course is broken down into three 60 minute, online sessions over a 3 week period. You will need time in between sessions to do some self reflection and preparation work. We cater to different time zones. At the end of the course you will have a clear understanding of what you need to do to be fully prepared for any type of interview. You can also opt for a mock interview.
